Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
This store delivers across Tunisia. Customers in the UAE can shop on our UAE store at www.fierceactivewear.com.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is by Parcel Express and takes 1 to 2 business days. See our Delivery Information page for details.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is 10 TND. From time to time we run free-delivery offers, and any offer that applies to your order is shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible by email or through our Contact page with your order number. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared for shipping.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide and compare it with your own measurements. Our Second Skin pieces are designed to sculpt and hug the body, so check the fit notes on each product page.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Size exchanges are not available for Second Skin and Swimwear unless the item is defective. Please choose your size carefully before ordering.

Fabric & Care

How should I wash my FIERCE pieces?
Follow the care label on each item and read our Fabric Care Guide to keep your activewear looking and feeling like new for longer.

Is the fabric squat-proof and non-slip?
Our fabrics are built for performance and movement. Details for each piece are listed on its product page.

Exchanges & Returns

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted only in the event of a defect or an error on our part.

What is the exchange deadline?
Second Skin and Swimwear: 7 days from receipt. All other collections: 15 days from receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags and hygiene liners (for swimwear). Proof of purchase is required. Read the full Returns & Exchanges Policy.
