NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE PRODUCTS

We do not offer refunds.

Conditions for Exchange 

Item Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused
- In new and sellable condition

Packaging & Tags
- Must be returned in original packaging (box, pouch, etc.)
- Tags, hygiene liners (for swimwear), authenticity cards, and documentation must be included

Proof of Purchase Required
- Receipt / order confirmation is mandatory

Important Notes:
- Exchanges will not be processed without proof of a defect caused by us
- No refunds will be issued
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned at your expense
